The Challenge

We had to conceptualise and execute a brand campaign in collaboration with their brand ambassador, Emraan Hashmi, that increases their brand awareness pan-India and highlights their products to make them a star of the film.

The Treatment

French Crown, the apparel brand believes that their products go much beyond clothing, French Crown is a statement. We developed a campaign for them in association with their brand ambassador, Emraan Hashmi, a man who is a perfect blend of charisma, charm and positivity – keeping this concept in mind.

The Craft

Life is all about seizing each and every moment; about having a passion for everything that life has to offer. With the help of high-energy, dynamic shot-taking with a mix of some candid moments we created a visually engaging narrative which conveyed that French Crown empowers an individual to shine, no matter where the night or life takes them.

The film is an extravagant visual feast, showcasing French Crown’s party wear in a dynamic urban nightlife-inspired setting. The performance was showcased in such a way that we show our protagonist exuding confidence and lots of charm. He’s the life of the party, but all the while we’ll make sure that there is a touch of chivalry and sensitivity to him. The ultimate ‘good guy’. His energy and aura as is such that everyone wants to be like him and we reveal the secret to that: All one needs is a French Crown and their heart will roar like a Lion too.

The set is inside a club to showcase French Crown’s party wear. While most of the club is dark, Emraan’s shirt is always lit to ensure it stays in focus. The rest of the set has a mix of multiple bright-coloured lights to make the club look lively.

Most of the additional actors were wearing party wear. Emraan himself was wearing one of French Crown’s best-designed shirts for the ad film.

An upbeat party tone is the heartbeat of the ad, which is in sync with the club setting. While the music is EDM in nature, there is a subtle beat to it, ensuring that the music does not take the attention away from the visuals, especially Emraan Hashmi.
